To be able to play as meat:
At charector select screen pick group mode in two players. Beat your opponet every time with every guy. After you have done this pick a normal guy and a killer looking skeliton will have the powers of the guy you pick.

To be able to play with Noob Saibot:
Beat the game with reiko then start a two player game type the kombat code 012-012, when the fight starts in should say noob saibot mode exit the fight and quit to the title screen then start a game at the character select screen.

To be able to play with Goro:
1.Beat the game using Shinnok 2.Start a 2 player game move the cusor to the hidden box at the bottom selct it with the block button and hold 3.Move the curser to Shinnok and select it with the run button hold it down until the match starts and you will be goro.

Mortal Combat 3

To be able to play as Smoke:
During the opening demo-any time after the copyright screen appears rotate the controller 360 clockwise. Press R1,triangle 6 times,x 6 times, and the circle nine times.

At the PREPARE FOR COMBAT screen, insert the code below:
TRANGLE,SQUARE,O,X,L1,L2,R1,R2. Then at the cube press up.

During the opening demo, hit the following buttons:
X,O, TRIANGLE, R1, R1, R2, R2, R1, R1.
You should here a voice saying 'You`ll Never Win!'. When a stone appears with the word 'Kombat' in RED, press the up key to access a secret cheats menu.
